Is the 460 available for a Glock?

I am interested in the 460 Rowland for a Glock. I see it pictured on your home page but no other information is available. I am a gunsmith and have the ability to build a .460 Glock, but would like the benefit of your experience. Any help is appreciated.

Glock M-21 and 30 are some new and tremendous alternatives for conversion to AUTHENTIC.460 ROWLAND.  They are strong, inexpensive, high capacity, accurate, and absolutly reliable; and with the true .44 Magnum performance that an AUTHENTIC.460 ROWLAND conversion delivers, these modern alternatives become some of the lightest, easiest shooting and most powerful handguns available in the world today.

We would NEVER (!) re-chamber a Glock barrel, but would recommend a properly heat treated aftermarket barrel with .020 to .040 freebore just before the rifling starts to lower initial pressures.

I have a glock 30 so you have something that will work (460 rowland) in that. I thought I seen somewhere that you were working on something but can’t find it now. I have a Wilson Hunter in the 460 and was thinking of changing the Glock. What will it cost me.

I wish to purchase a 460 r kit for my Glock 21 slide. I want to know avalibility before I order as I am hearing the service you offer is slow. Also how bad will the recoil feel compared to a non compensated 10mm Glock?

Our turn around has been very bad these first few months but we are learning the ropes. We will not settle for substandard parts or material, so it has been harder than expected to get good parts reliably and in a timely way. We order 20 parts, (I don’t want to be specific because everybody in the industry seems to be in the same boat), expecting a to be able to get them like the previous order, and we don’t get them for 6, 8 or 10 weeks.

Enough complaining, we will get caught up and are finding ways to work around these problems. . The worst is behind us and we do not want to offer excuses. Our products will be the very best quality and we will get them to you just as fast as we can.

Felt recoil is a bit less than a 10 MM and similar to the +P.45 ACP. Order an AUTHENTIC .460 Conversion, ( and there is only one place to get one ), and you will not regret it.

    Hello Jackie,

I think I responded but I don’t see it posted. We have been experiencing unacceptable delays in receiving blank barrels of us to modify to .460 Rowland for out customers. Until the rough barrels we have ordered come in we will be working hard to source barrels from anywhere we can find them. Quality control is critical especially in this situation. Our delays have become yours but we are modifying our ordering practices and doing everything within our power to come up with finished barrels in the mean time.

I estimate that orders placed today will be filled in three weeks and expect to get back on a two week schedule by that time.

Recoil for the .460 Rowland and can be described as being slightly less than an uncompensated 10mm but not as sharp. The .460 Rowland pushes back more than kicks.
