Refunds, Cancellations and Returns Policy

BACKORDER NOTICE:

 

If you are placing an order for a backordered item, please note that your card will be charged at checkout. Placing a backorder secures both your place in line and the current pricing.

The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is just that—an estimate. While we make every effort to meet or exceed our stated timelines, production schedules can shift, and delays can happen. If you need an item within a specific timeframe, please reach out before placing your order to get the most current ETA.

We understand that waiting can be frustrating, and we’re always doing our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. However, frequent requests for updates take time away from the very work that moves orders forward. We’re a small, hands-on team—not a high-volume fulfillment center—and every minute spent responding to status inquiries is a minute not spent building or shipping products.

We assure you: you will receive your backordered item. Reaching out frequently is unlikely to accelerate the process, but we will keep customers updated as best we can.

Backorders cannot be canceled or refunded without incurring a 20% cancellation fee, even if we are past the estimated timeframe. This policy reflects the time, labor, and materials that go into each order the moment it’s placed.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support as we continue to handcraft and deliver the top-tier products 460 Rowland is known for.

 

Refund Policy

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
We stand behind the quality of our products and will issue a full refund of the conversion kit or accessory purchase price only if the product is not able to be replaced and determined to be truly defective. Returns and exchanges require prior authorization from a 460 Rowland Customer Service Representative and will be accepted for inspection only.

Once returned merchandise is received and inspected by our staff, we will verify the issue and determine the appropriate course of action. We reserve the right to correct, repair, or replace merchandise at our discretion.

INSTALLATION AND THIRD-PARTY WORK:
We are not responsible for any damage, malfunctions, or failures resulting from installation, fitting, or modification work performed by individuals who are not official employees of 460 Rowland LLC.

This includes gunsmiths, third parties, and customers themselves.

In the rare event that your product is not functioning properly, we are happy to assist with basic troubleshooting remotely. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may send your firearm to us for inspection and repair after approved and confirmed by a member of our staff.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility, unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.

  • Any labor or additional parts required for repairs not covered under warranty may incur additional charges.

  • Complete firearms must be returned to a valid FFL holder upon completion of any work.

AMMUNITION & FEEDING ISSUES:
We do not accept responsibility for failures to feed, cycling problems, or damage caused by ammunition not manufactured or loaded by 460 Rowland LLC. If you are experiencing issues, we are glad to offer troubleshooting support, but ultimate responsibility lies with the user when using third-party ammunition.

CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders are final and non-refundable. Please review all specifications carefully before placing a custom order.

WE’RE HERE TO HELP
We are a small, dedicated team, and we genuinely want every customer to be satisfied with their 460 Rowland experience. While we must protect ourselves from abuse and unreasonable demands, we are always willing to work with unhappy customers in good faith and find solutions that are fair to everyone involved.

FINAL DETERMINATION
If a product is determined by our staff to be genuinely defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your 460 Rowland product, and we will make every effort to resolve legitimate product issues promptly and fairly.

    “NEW” CONDITION CONVERSION RETURNS

    We do not accept returns or issue refunds for conversion kits that are not defective. All sales are considered final unless there is a verified defect in materials or workmanship.

    Exchange requests for clean, unused, and undamaged conversions may be considered in rare cases, but approval is not guaranteed. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and if approved, may be subject to restocking or processing fees.

    All returned merchandise must be in fully resalable condition with all original parts and accessories included.
    Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

      AMMUNITION RETURNS:

      • Due to Department of Transportation regulations we cannot accept returns on ammunition.
